How do I get started with BrandIQ?

You can begin using BrandIQ today. Just sign up, choose your country and you are good to go! Our Starter (free trial) provides access to our features and functionalities for you to evaluate BrandIQ’s benefits for your business.

Does my free trial limit my access to features?

Yes, some functionalities from our Essential, Enhanced and Full Access packages are not available in Starter. However, you will still be able to see the field name to identify the data.

Can I customize BrandIQ’s dashboard and data?

BrandIQ was designed entirely through feedback of many global brands and users. We have carefully thought out our user interface and how the user experience will be, from both a technical and usability standpoint. You will not be able to customize BrandIQ, however, we are always looking for champions who would like to share their feedback. Please reach out to our product team with your suggestion, don’t hesitate, you might just change how data is used across Southeast Asia!

Will I be able to access all the brands on the marketplace in my country?

You will be able to access all the brands which are currently being monitored by BrandIQ in your country. We are continuously expanding our database to give you the most amount of data that we can. However, if a brand is missing, please reach out to our support team.

Pricing questions

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We support only credit card / debit card payments via our website, please visit our Pricing Page for more details. In case you do not have a credit card, kindly reach out to our support team.

Do I need to enter my credit or debit card information to sign up?

No you do not need to enter your credit card information. We want you to be comfortable and ready to subscribe before we collect your card details.

How does the free trial work?

Once you sign-up to our Starter package, you will have uninterrupted access to BrandIQ for 14-days. For ongoing access to Starter package, you can unlock it by integrating your marketplace seller center with BrandIQ.

What happens after my free trial ends?

Your BrandIQ account will still be active, however, you will not be able to see any data unless you have subscribed

Does BrandIQ require a long-term contract?

BrandIQ is a month-to-month service so there are no long-term commitments, and you can cancel at anytime. But, if you do choose to subscribe for a longer period i.e. 12 months – we have a special discount for you.

Is there a setup fee to use BrandIQ?

BrandIQ does not charge a setup fee. You may sign up and use BrandIQ free for 14-days. We only charge our fees once you sign up for a BrandIQ subscription and are ready to take your business to the next-level.

Can I upgrade or downgrade / switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can change your plans at any time and the new plan will be activated and charged only after the current plan ends and successful payment. Refunds are not provided, unless agreed otherwise with BrandIQ’s representative.

What is included in the support services?

Depending on your package, you will have access to our library, documents and presentations which may be useful for your queries. These can be requested by our in-app chat or by emailing our support team.

In addition, if there are specific requests, the support team will respond to you with the response time and between business hours 8AM – 6PM (GMT+7).

Does BrandIQ provide any professional service to support in building reports, analysis, or consultation?

Absolutely, we are here to assist you in every way possible! Our Customer Success team will be providing the services to address your needs. Note: these services are charged separately from your subscription package and are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on your request.
